I saw this ceramic beauty I had to try this gorgeous Bonavita ceramic dripper. I know, who gets this excited about coffee? I know that people love their 'pods'... because they just want to boil water in the morning. But really, are you dreaming of that first cup of coffee like I know I do? Maybe you should be. I have been using the Clever dripper method for years because Immersion brewing is arguably the best coffee brewing method there is, but it's a plastic unit and doesn't do the ultimate job of keeping the heat in... recently I went away from paper filters and got a stainless one- nirvana achieved because the oils can be part of the experience instead of going into a paper filter. I swear the best tasting coffee you never had before in four minutes time.
