Tonight is the closing of a beautiful chapter. Thank you all for nine beautiful years of practice together. It has been our immense privilege to be your home, and may the seeds of love and kindness that we have planted here together blossom in the hearts and minds of all beings everywhere.

A little reminder on #internationalyogaday which is that yoga is for every body. You don’t have to be athletic, or flexible, or a certain weight, or a certain color skin to practice yoga. YOGA IS FOR EVERY BODY. There are all different ways to practice that suit everyone’s different needs, even it your practice is in a chair, or is laying down doing #savasana that an incredibly valuable way to spend your time!
