Our mobile DMVs in Whitney Point, Conklin and Windsor are reopening! Sadly, we're currently unable to reopen our mobile office in Harpursville because it operates inside a senior center, which will remain closed through the end of 2020. To schedule an appointment at our Binghamton, Endicott or mobile DMV offices, please visit https://broomecountyclerk.setmore.com.... The mobile DMV office in Whitney Point will be open on Wednesdays from 9 am-2:30 pm. For the remainder of 2020, it will be open on November 18th and on all Wednesdays in December. Effective today, the mobile DMV office in Conklin will be open on Tuesdays from 9 am-2:30 pm. For the remainder of 2020, it will be open on November 10th and 24th and on all Tuesdays in December. Effective November 19th, the mobile DMV office in Windsor will be open on Thursdays from 9 am-2:30 pm. For the remainder of 2020, it will be open on November 19th, December 3rd, 10th and 17th and with shorter hours on December 24th and December 31st. Please note that while our mobile DMVs offer most of the same services that our physical DMV offices provide, they are unable to process Enhanced Driver’s Licenses, CDL Exams or enforcement transactions, such as the issuance of Conditional or Restricted Licenses. They do process fines, standard license renewals, vehicle registrations, license amendments, standard ID cards, titles, duplicate titles, DRAs, and abstracts. To accommodate as many customers as possible, we are scheduling back-to-back appointments and may be unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so our staff can ensure your paperwork is in order and we can stay on schedule. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding during these ever-changing, unprecedented times. Those without computer access can call the Binghamton DMV (778-6513) or the Endicott DMV (754-2147) to schedule an appointment at any of our offices - mobiles included. If you leave a message, someone from the DMV will call you back within 72 hours. The return call may be from a 518 area code. Please be sure to answer and make sure your voicemail box isn't full.

98.1 The Hawk recently announced that if you’re uncomfortable voting in-person at your polling place, you can drop off your paper ballot at the Broome County Clerk’s Office. Please do NOT do this! Our office has nothing to do with elections and we can not accept your ballots. Please contact the Broome County Board of Elections at 778-2172 if you have any voting-related questions or concerns. Thank you!
