Sea Cliff Holiday House Tour Rings in the Holidays! The Mutual Concerns Committee is sponsoring the 16th Annual Sea Cliff Holiday House Tour to be held on Satur...day, December 1, 2018 from 12:00 to 4:00. Tickets are $40.00 each for adults and children over 12 years of age. Children under 12 are not permitted. You will have the unique opportunity to stroll through some of the most interesting private residences in the "one square mile" village of Sea Cliff. The homes on the tour were selected especially to appeal to a large audience, and you will have the opportunity to gather decorating ideas for your own home. Aside from the beautifully decorated homes, ticket holders will be entitled to a delicious light buffet lunch and complimentary after-tour appetizers at Metropolitan Bistro (there will be a cash bar.) This tour is not only a holiday treat for visitors, but it serves as an important fundraiser for the community. All proceeds from the tour will be used by the Mutual Concerns Committee to provide nourishing meals and holiday baskets for those in need, as well as to continue to sponsor the popular senior lunch program and annual Christmas Day Dinner.
