Website is currently down, our magicians are looking into it.
We've had some questions about changes we've made to limit potential exposure. In addition to a rigorous cleaning regime daily, we've removed half our chairs to ensure that there is at least 6ft between people while they rest.
Will will reopen for Acupuncture on June 22nd. For the first 2-3 weeks we will not be accepting walk ins, or new patients. We've got to adjust to the new normal and procedures that will be in place, so bear with us! What you can do. Wear a mask. Wash your hands. If you've been coughing, or not feeling well stay home, or get tested. Thanks for sticking with us, we are hoping that this transition is smooth.

Everyone, the email server on our online scheduler had a glitch yesterday. It generated old New Patient welcome emails to a lot of folks. We apologize, these did not come from us. There is no security breech of any kind, it was just an annoying error. The timing is unfortunate as we are planning our reopening schedule which will launch later this week for appointments the week of June 22. There will be additional info when you make your appointments so please read the folllow up if/when you make your appointment. Thank you for your patience with us.
Please Read. We hope to see everyone starting June22.

Once there was a young warrior. Her teacher told her that she had to do battle with fear. She didn’t want to do that. It seemed too aggressive; it was scary; it seemed unfriendly. But the teacher said she had to do it and gave her the instructions for the battle. The day arrived. The student warrior stood on one side, and fear stood on the other. The warrior was feeling very small, and fear was looking big and wrathful. They both had their weapons. The young warrior roused h...erself and went toward fear, prostrated three times, and asked, May I have permission to go into battle with you? Fear said, Thank you for showing me so much respect that you ask permission. Then the young warrior said, How can I defeat you? Fear replied, My weapons are that I talk fast, and I get very close to your face. Then you get completely unnerved, and you do whatever I say. If you don’t do what I tell you, I have no power. You can listen to me, and you can have respect for me. You can even be convinced by me. But if you don’t do what I say, I have no power. In that way, the student warrior learned how to defeat fear. As you may have guessed we're going to postpone opening up until it's safe for all. We'll follow gov Cuomo's advice which for right now is extending until April 15. I do wish I could see everyone sooner, but please be safe and stay home.
Unprecedented times call for unprecedented measures. As of today 3/14/20 B.A.T will be closing for 2 weeks until April 1, in light of the COVID19/coronavirus pandemic. To be clear, we are not aware of any confirmed case of COVID19/coronavirus in our staff or patient community. We are doing this as a precaution and to follow public health advice to limit gatherings of people. We hope that our closing will be part of the momentum of people staying home to prevent a severe outbr...eak. If ours and others’ measures to encourage physical distancing are successful, we may never see COVID19 become as widespread and destructive as it is in other places. In 2 weeks, we hope to be open, but we will be evaluating and assessing this situation as it continues. We thank you in advance for your support and patience, and look forward to seeing you when we open our doors again soon. We don’t take this decision at all lightly, as we know that many in our community rely on us for healthcare. We are closing because we take our mandate to protect community health seriously. Evidence all around the world shows that the best way to ensure that this pandemic threatens as few in our area as possible is to limit its spread through physical-distancing. Playing a role in helping to flatten the curve of COVID19/coronavirus is paramount at this time
Given the quickly changing situation please see our website for latest info regarding any clinic changes w/Covid-19. http://buffaloalternativetherapies.com//covid-19-clinic-u/
It seems that the scheduling software is down this morning. We are aware, and it is being looked at. Thank you for your patience.
Updated Winter schedule: B.A.T will be closed from Jan23-Feb 24th. We will have limited access to email/phone so bear with us if we do not get back to you in a timely manner.
Today is a good day to explain our weather policy. If you don't feel safe driving, send me an email or leave a message. Acupuncture shouldn't be stressful.
Just a reminder that we will be closed from Aug 22-Sept 2. Back Tuesday Sept 3rd. Thank you, please enjoy the end of summer.
A quicke reminder: Parking is a bit chaotic right now. We have additional use of spots in from of 9 Lafayette. Feel free to use them, as well as the side lot with the entrance on Lafayette st. 2) We will be closed from August 23, and will return on Tue Sept 3rd. Sorry for the closure.
During construction we're going to try and make it as easy as possible. Our neighbors @9 Lafayette have offered to allow our clients to park in front of their place if you're having issues. There are 3 spots there. It's next to the side lot where some know parking is allowed already.
