As we all deal with the Corona Virus, many people in our community, specifically the elderly, are much more at risk to the dangers of this virus. New York State has issued guidance to all nursing homes, assisted living facilities as well as senior centers. Additionally, if you have traveled to any CDC restricted country or... have been in close contact with anyone who has traveled to these countries please refrain from entering any of these facilities. As an extra measure, some facilities are requiring all visitors to be screened for any of the above conditions as well as having their temperatures taken before entry into the building.
