We as a people tend to spend so much money on outside food and treating yourself at times is okay; but have you ever considered or calculated how much money you can save by cooking at home and preparing your lunch? I mean it’s a task fir some but for my cooking is enjoyable. Part of my SELFCARE started approximately 2 years ago when I got disciplined and discontinued eating out as much. I began saving the money for other essentials and you can only imagine how the return investment was. Tonight I’m Whipping up Seared chicken thighs with asparagus in garlic butter. Yummy
