This Wednesday, May 22nd we are hosting our FREE Part 3 of our 3 part informational session on Evictions. This last session will cover the overall eviction procedure, best landlord practices and defaulting tenants. Also available at no cost will be the information given at the previous 2 sessions including: notices to tenants, proper service, applications, fair housing rules and sub-tenants. Whether you own 1 unit or 1,000 I encourage anyone who owns property in or around Rochester City to attend.
