This afternoon I received an e-mail from the NYS Liquor Authority disapproving our application for permanent liquor license and rescinding my temporary permits pending reconsideration of there interpretation of Section 106.9 of the Alcohol Beverage Control Law. Burly's Firehouse Pub does meet the requirements as defined under Section 79-B for food preparation and food availability, unfortunately we have been mandated to prove that we meet these requirements and until we can we are closed!
