I want to thank my staff for being the best in WNY and going above and beyond for families during this difficult time. The numerous hours put in during COVID, working so many hours, exhausted, but never complaining. Such a caring caring group, always putting the families first ,that's what's make us the best , cant put a price on that. Trying to inform families if your loved one died do to COVID and it is listed on the death certificate FEMA will reimburse the family up to seven thousand dollars. Go to FEMA website type on funeral costs and it will guide you through the rest. If you need help call our office at 716 825 7777, we will assist you fill out forms, copy ,print or notarize paperwork. Our staff has been instructed to guide any family even if another firm handled your services, we have alot of experience with the recent reimbursement from FEMA. Always willing to help families during these times.
