Due to extreme delays of materials, A/G pools, liners, filters, heaters, lights, coping, etc. we have decided to hold off on taking any further orders until we can get a better handle on current projects. The last thing we would like to do is frustrate our current clients, we are working daily to finish open projects and continue progress as materials arrive. My crews are working hard to accommodate as best we are able. Covid 19 has really messed up the supply chain for pr...oduct and we continue to experience push backs on materials from manufactures. We would be glad to take orders for 2021 as Most manufactures have a 6 - 12 month plan in place. If you have worked with Joe on a pool for this year, we are working to get to you. We have had to cancel all Fiberglass pools for the season and will be issuing refunds since there has been a 10 - 12 week delay on our key manufacture. For current above ground pools, the missing filter systems and ladders have arrived. We had been short shipped and yesterday the remaining filters have arrived. We can now continue to move forward and you should be hearing from the excavator soon. I do apologize strongly for all the unforeseen delays. We are honestly doing our best to get on top of open projects. Thank you and we look forward to completing all projects as timely as we can.
