C7 Delivers

Here at C7 Delivers, we strive to provide outstanding delivery and errand services to our customers. C7 Delivers Inc, was established in August 2018. Together My husband & I took the necessary time to meet and connect with the many local restaurants of Orange County to establish relationships, while offering the restaurants a free service of ours, which was to add their restaurant to our site and allow that restaurant to reach customers that could not walk in to their facilit...y to be serviced. We knew by doing this, we would generate more customers for that restaurant. Our goal and priority was and still is, is to delivery restaurant food and groceries to our customers in a timely manner. We also spent countless hours going into the community of businesses and homeowners/renters to share our services and offer discounts. We wanted to tailor our services to those customers that wanted or needed more than food or groceries delivered, so we opened ideas up to the community and incorporated errand pick-up and drop-off services of any kind. The most amazing component of C7 Delivers is giving back. We have a love to serve those that have served us as a Country. C7 Delivers offers free grocery/takeout/errand services to wounded or disabled Veterans. We began as an around the clock delivery Company, however due to Covid-19 we began operating on fewer hours to adhere to the guidelines of the restaurants hours of operation. C7 Delivers has had many challenges, but the one that seems to stand out the most is not having the manpower and capacity to deliver to certain rural locations that do need and want our services. We have had drivers travel over 40 minutes to deliver food (in which we were still managed to keep nice and warm), because a customer was not able to leave home. We continue to struggle with having major promotion to allow more customers to get to know and trust C7 Delivers to provide services for them. While we are a small local company, we would still like to reach more individuals and let them know about our services. If C7 Delivers won the grant prize, we would do great things to grow the company, by employing more drivers, and having the needed funds to promote C7 Delivers so that more potential customers would know that such a great unique business like C7 Delivers does exist. We would use funds to hire more employees to reach those customers in areas that do need to use our services, we would be able to buy more PPP equipment to help protect ourselves and customer’s items, and have the ability to pay drivers for free Veteran delivery services. Since our company is built on serving the local community of Orange County, we would be able to have more grocery give aways to those that are need, and donate to more charity events as we have done in the past using our owning funds.
