Only 4 days left to help! Dear Friends! Our children are under continuous pressure from constant schooling, testing, and extracurricular activities. And there is parental and peer pressure on top of it!... We want to help kids by giving them a tool that will help them take a pause, relax, and take control over their emotions. We are developing an app with stories, ones that will grab children's attention and gently quide them through a short meditation embedded in those stories. Children will meditate without even knowing that they are meditating. In the process of listening (each story is only 5 minutes), they will develop a calmer, more balanced approach to their lives.
