It has been our privilege to collaborate and see the influence of Satya Nadella on the "soul of Microsoft". Driving collective purpose to break down silos is the key to shifting the status quo. Adaptive Leadership being taught to ROTC students at Marist. For those of you who don't know, the theory is being taught in many military settings. Reed Bonadonna has written a great deal on the topic.
