To our patients and family, As of Thursday March 19, 2020 in accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), all Optometric and Ophthalmology offices must postpone routine eye exams to a later date to slow the transmission of the Covid-19 virus through our communities. Effective immediately, we have rescheduled all of our routine exams per CDC guidelines (www.nysoa.org/covid-19-resources). Dr. Benzoni will be available to triage emergent and urgent eye related emergenci...es. Please contact the office at 631-587-2020 and we will schedule an emergency one on one appointment. If you need to order contact lenses, replace glasses, refill prescription medications please call the office and leave a message and we will get back to you. We can transmit your orders electronically. You may also order through our new online tool: www.yourlens.com/drbenzoni If you need to pick up any orders, please call the office and we will schedule you an appointment time to pick these items up. Although we plan to continue eye care to urgent cases, we kindly ask symptomatic patients considered "high risk" to postpone their eye exams. We have and will continue to take every precaution to protect our patients and staff against the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
