We hope everyone has a Happy & Healthy New Year! With the Covid numbers at an all time high, it is even more important that our club rules are followed by ALL. People have commented that they are happy with the rules we have in place but not everyone is following them and that concerns them. It has caused a couple of people to stop playing. Regardless of what some beliefs may be, these are our rules and they must be followed. 1) Masks must be worn when entering the build...ing and in all areas excluding when you are on the court playing. 2) We installed a 5 minute bell at 5 to the hour and 25 after the hour. We ask that when the 5 minute bell sounds, you finish your point, get your belongings together and leave the court. When the bell on the half hour sounds, that is when the next group enters the court. NOT AT THE 5 MINUTE BELL. 3) One way traffic must be followed. Enter as you usually do but when leaving the court, go to the usual walking alley (not across other player’s courts) and proceed to the back of the building. When you get to the building where court 6 and 7 are, go to your right to the basketball court and out that door to the parking lot. There are yellow arrows to guide you. There is a bathroom in the downstairs area of the basketball courts. 4) Showers and locker rooms are closed (bring your belongings to the court), there is no water fountain or coffee machine and the scorekeepers have been temporarily taken down. There is a vending machine upstairs should you need to purchase water. Thank you for your cooperation! Hopefully there will be an end in sight soon. -Carefree Racquet Club

Edited. We received about 10 more coats and additional warm weather accessories to pass along. 80 coats total! Thank You Everyone! Thank you to all that donated coats! We collected approximately 70 coats plus lots of hats/mittens/scarves. The Soup to Nuts Soup Kitchen and also a local school district are grateful for the donations. Note: if you still have coats to donate, please drop them off by Tuesday, January 5th.

All of our existing players will have until December 31st to deposit and save your same spot for the upcoming session. Congratulations to Ansh Chadha on breaking into the top 70 players in the Eastern Section for Boys u16. Ansh has played with us at Carefree for many years now and his hard work and commitment is paying off with back to back runs to the semi finals and finals of his last 2 Level 5 tournaments.
