Allergy season is upon us! If you suffer from seasonal allergies, you may want to avoid the following fruits and vegetables. These foods are high in histamine and can actually cause a cross- reaction; eggplant, shellfish, beans, bananas, melons, tomatoes, avocados, spinach, and chickpeas.
