It's Thankful Thursday! It might not seem like there is much to be thankful for as we transition into 2021. Many things that we may have taken for granted were... challenged; our health, jobs, family time etc. Being thankful is a great way for us to cope during these times of uncertainty and stress. Today we are thankful for acts of kindness. While times have been tough, there is still so much light in the world. So many people helped others through the pandemic, the holidays and so much more. The things we see people doing to help others.. like; grocery shopping, shoveling, tutoring, donating food, clothing, toiletries and PPE, working over time in high risk- essential places of employment... the list goes on... There is SO MUCH LIGHT! Be the light and make someone smile today! What are you thankful for?
Its Tasty Tuesday! Try out one of our favorite crock pot meals! This recipe is simple. Not a lot of ingredients, a healthy option and so delicious! We like to serve this with tortilla chips!
