In today’s Gospel reading, Jesus asks us, On what foundation is your spiritual house built? On sand that will wash away, or on the solid rock of my Word? In life, we may move our houses between the two. Let’s pray for Jesus to open our minds to his teachings so our foundation remains strong!

If we have Christ dwelling in us, everything becomes new. That’s a bold statement! If we’re in a rut, and it seems like we’ll never change, maybe it’s time to dig deeper into our relationship with Jesus. Ask for his help to change how we view ourselves and the world.
