Catskill HS Musical Program

It is with a sadden heart that I am announcing the cancellation of our production of Pippin. Due to current CDC, DOH, and state guidelines, it is just not feasible for this show to take flight. We are hoping that if things improve in time to showcase our singers in a Pippin Cabaret Night event in January. This is a tentative thought and more details will come out if it comes to fruition. In regards to our 2021 show, it will be delayed. We will not hold a show the end... of March like we traditionally do. A tentative time frame of end of May, beginning of June is being considered. As the school year progresses, we will evaluate our situation and make a decision that has everyone’s safety in mind. In regards to those who purchased advertisements for Pippin, I will be reaching out to all of them to offer a refund or to consider their ad as a donation. I don’t feel it fair to just assume it to be a donation. Anyone who purchased tickets can request a refund as long as they still have their original tickets. While this is not the news we wanted as a play family, it is the right decision for the times we are in to keep everyone safe. I cannot wait for things to subside and we can all be back on stage again creating lifelong memories together.
