We Are Open. For the next few weeks we will still have limited staff and are experiencing HEAVY call volumes. Most likely you will get a busy signal when you call. Please leave a message if you get through and we will get back to you. We are getting back to customers as quickly as we can. As a reminder, we offer spring service specials all winter long.

Our Open House scheduled for April 17th and 18th has been cancelled. We are still honoring the 15% off on select Echo products if you received a mailing. Please call if you have any questions.

We are currently CLOSED to walk in traffic. Technicians are still trying to repair units in for service. Parts can be ordered by phone or email a list to [email protected]

As we try to take care of customers as best we can during this time, we are trying to limit customers in the showroom. If you need service, please call us and we can pickup your unit , fix and return it and be paid by a credit card over the phone or you can mail a check. If you have a unit you'd like to drop off for service, please call ahead and we can get it in the system and you can just leave the machine outside without having to interact with anyone. If you need parts, please call ahead and we can have everything waiting to try to limit exposure. Thanks for your cooperation.
