The NYC Department of City Planning (DCP) will have a Public Meeting regarding the recently announced SoHo/NoHo Neighborhood Plan via videoconference on Monday, October 26 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. DCP staff will give a presentation on how to participate in upcoming review process for the SoHo/NoHo Neighborhood Plan. Following the presentation, there will be a question and answer session. NYU’s 181 Mercer building is topping out. As part of the NYU rezoning, our city has the option to build a 100,000 SF school on the same block. If the city fails to exercise this option, the space would almost entirely revert back to NYU a transfer of $65+ million in value from NYC taxpayers to NYU.
