Our partners at Penn State Extension will be starting a webinar series on private water supplies (home wells, etc) this Wednesday, June 24 and running until August 12. Throughout the series, they will tackle issues such as accessing well and spring information online, lead and copper in drinking water, bacteria in wells and springs, manganese and hydrogen sulfide in wells, and many others. You still have time! Get rid of your household hazardous waste this weekend! We are partnering with Casella Recycling for a collection event this weekend. Registration is required, and ends tomorrow afternoon. The collection will be available from 7am-2pm (not 3pm as noted in the ad below). Call our office to schedule a drop off appointment.

Household Hazardous Waste is still a GO! If you've got aerosols, cleaning fluids, drain cleaners, dry gas, herbicides, pesticides, or any of a whole host of other household yuckies, we are working with Casella Waste Management to clean that stuff out of your house.
