This evening, there will be a nationwide memorial for those who have died of COVID-19 over the past year. There has been a call for illuminating buildings, lighting candles and ringing bells at 5:30 as the memorial begins. We will be lighting the church this evening in remembrance. This is one of the most poignant statements to come from our denomination in the midst of our current events. I pray that this reflection by Bishop Harvey on behalf of the Council of Bishops will be encouraging at this moment.

A time of hope and reflection for the longest night of the longest year!

Today I learned that it takes 1000 subscribers to stream from a mobile device on Youtube. I have that as a goal for the new year now. The longest night video will be up within the hour.
