Merry Christmas from the Officers and Members of the Cedar Grove Fire Company

At 12:04 yesterday afternoon members were dispatched under mutual aid to Tannersville (GreeneCounty)as part of the Twin Cloves Tech Rescue Team to an area off Plate Clove Rd to rescue an injured, but stable Ice Climber. Members worked in collaboration with DEC Rangers, Palenville and Tannersville FD’s to perform the nearly 3 1/2 hr Rescue. The stable patient was transported to a local hospital. Also assisting at the scene were Hunter Ambulance, Greene & Ulster OEM and NYS Police

Today members from Centerville Cedar Grove as well as Glasco Fire, Saugerties FD, Saugerties Police, the Ulster County Sheriffs Office, NY State Police and CSX police, gave a helping hand at the First Responders Children’s Foundation, Sawyer Motors, and Sawyer Chevrolet Drive Through Toy giveaway!! 450 bags and bundles of toys were distributed.
