(FYI) anybody exposed to the hazards is required to have the NFPA, not just the electricians working on them. It is a very good article which points out some things we may take for granted that we think the customer may already know. Look at Items 1, 2 and 3. ALL employees who work in and AROUND electrical energy must receive retraining. Less than every 36 months (this falls into the NFPA class), as a documented training. Almost everybody that works in the panels usually get trained, but they are also required to train anybody that is around those panels, regardless if they work inside them or not.
