Great week so far!

Our October Boot Camp started yesterday! Our usual Early AM Boot Camp is in the afternoon in October! So, Centerline Boot Camp day 1 - Core, cardio and balance! We have a great crew joining us this month, and are excited to work our way through the next 2 weeks! Great job everyone!

Our October Boot Camp starts tomorrow! TIME IS 5:30-6:30PM!! This will be our last outdoor Boot Camp of the season.. don't miss it!

CONGRATULATIONS KIDS KUNG FU STUDENTS!!! We had an impressive sash ceremony today where FIVE of our awesome Kids Kung Fu students were presented with their next sash!! We could not be more proud
