It is with a heavy and saddened heart that CAP announces the loss of our dear receptionist of 25 years who passed Saturday. Florence was a kind hearted, family devoted mother, wife and grandmother and we are all less for her passing. In her honor, we will close for her service this Thursday morning so we may attend. We will reopen for the afternoon at 2:00 pm. We hope our patient family will understand the loss to ours. Thank you

Call the office to schedule your childs checkup and vaccinations. We ask that when you arrive for the appointment to call the office from your car. You will wait in your car so we can sanitize a exam room. Your child and one healthy parent with a face covering will be called back to go directly into the exam room for the visit. Don't delay in your childs vaccinations and well appointment. It is extremely important to prevent other childhood diseases.
