The law firm of Certain & Zilberg is pleased to announce that Carmel Kappus, Esq. has joined our firm as a litigation associate attorney. Carmel earned a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2012 from the University at Buffalo Law School, with Cum Laude Honors. Carmel comes to the firm with extensive complex civil and criminal litigation experience, including having served as both a public defender and prosecutor. Prior to attending Law School, Carmel graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Buffalo.
