To Our Patients and Friends - We are writing to express how much we miss all of you, and to update you on our office We hope you are all staying home, and staying healthy. And of course, seeing the silver lining and spending lots of quality family time together that we would not otherwise have as busy New Yorkers.... We have been asked by the State of New York to remain closed except for emergencies through at least May 15th as Governor Cuomo extends "NYS on Pause." We will continue to update you if that changes. For now, Dr. Xue continue to be available for emergency phone calls and emails, to help triage any dental emergencies that come up. We look forward to welcoming you all back into our office, as soon as possible. Warmest Regards, Dr. Wendy Xue and the Tooth Ninja Team

Dear Patients and Families, As we near our peak of COVID-19 cases in NY, I know that we are all feeling scared, vulnerable and confused. This is a new virus so we are all learning as we go, especially the heroes who are on the frontlines of the infection. I wanted to post this interview with Dr. David Price (an ICU doctor at Weill Cornell. The video is informative, non-alarmist, and factual. As a healthcare provider, mother, partner and daughter; I share all of your fears and... worries. I hope that you are all doing as well as possible under the current circumstances. Please continue to stay home; and cherish the time with your families and inner circles. I hope this video empowers you with knowledge, and gives you some peace of mind. We cannot wait to welcome you back to the office! XOXO, Dr. Wendy (The OG Tooth Ninja) https://www.youtube.com/watch

To Our Patients and Friends - We are writing to say that that we miss our patients and their parents and are thinking of everyone in the CG Pediatric Dental community. We hope you are all staying home as much as possible, staying healthy, and doing as well as possible under the circumstances. ... We have been asked by the State of New York to remain closed except for emergencies through at least April 19th. We will keep you posted if that changes. For now, Dr. Xue continue to be available for emergency phone calls and emails, to help triage any dental emergencies that come up. We are confident that we will get through this time together by being apart and by listening to the wisdom of scientists and healthcare professionals who are fighting this pandemic, for whose hard work and sacrifices we are immensely grateful. We very much look forward to be up and running and seeing all of you again as soon as possible. Our very best, Dr. Wendy Xue and the Tooth Ninja Team

Dear CG Pediatric Dentistry Families, It is with a heavy heart that we are posting this today. The safety of our families, our team, and our community is the highest priority. Sunday evening, several State dental organizations across the country, including New York, began strongly recommending the suspension of all non-emergenct dental care for the next three weeks. Our Practice will be closed from Tuesday, March 17, 2020, until further notice, in an effort to ‘flatten the c...urve’ and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are one of many dental practices in the area to suspend non-emergency operations, and we feel it is important as it is in the best interest for the health and safety of our patients, and our team, and our community as a whole. If your child(ren) has an appointment between March 18-31, one of our team members will be reaching out to you to get your child(ren) rescheduled. The following are true dental emergencies: -Knocked out permanent tooth -Permanent or baby tooth broken with nerve exposed -Spontaneous tooth pain -Swelling associated with an infected tooth If your child is experiencing any of the above dental emergencies, please call our office and leave a voicemail. You can also email the office at [email protected] with any of your concerns and Dr Xue will be happy to assist. Please do NOT go to any Emergency Rooms and please call or email us first. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we all try to navigate through this unforeseen time and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, but it is imperative that as a community, we slow the spread of this virus, and that requires extreme measures. We remain committed to the safety of you and your family! Stay Home and Stay Healthy! Sincerely, Dr. Wendy Xue and the entire Tooth Ninja Team
