Keeping your immune system strong should probably be a 2021 goal for everyone. The amazing thing is we have the ability to help with this! Ginger and turmeric are known for their immune-boosting properties. Black pepper helps to activate turmeric, making its effects that much stronger. You might recognize the name of this bowl from our superfood smoothie menu. With so much popularity, we've topped it and turned it into a bowl for your enjoyment. You're welcome :) Wellness Focus: ENERGY The focus of this bowl is ENERGY. With organic + ceremonial grade matcha in the base, peanut butter, and banana, it's sure to give you the boost you're looking for when you're running on E. Our "So Matcha Energy Bowl" not only gives you a boost of energy, its also loaded with antioxidants, and fancy phytonutrients like flavonoids and L-theanine, which increase the brain's alpha frequency band, which actually produces relaxing effects by raising serotonin, GABA, and dopamine levels. & just like that ... CHAKRA BOWLS TURNS 2 ! we’ve made it pretty darn far from where we started, and our hearts are sooooooo full. Like all the way full. Since opening our doors 2 years ago, we’ve met some pretty amazing people (that’s you), expanded our menu of healthy options to offer this community, and grown so incredibly much. We’ve survived many ups and downs, including a pandemic (), amazing moments like pop-up with some of our favorite local business...es & at our local colleges . We’re really honored to have won 2 Best of Hudson Valley 2020 awards ( best vegan menu + best gluten-free menu). It’s been a really wild, fun, exciting, growthful journey, that we’ve poured our heart, soul, dedication and hard work intoeach and every day. We thank our staff, our friends and family who’ve supported us along the way, and the new friends we’ve made that have become like family.
