Why contribute to the Charlton Heights Adopt-a-Family Program? Reason #4 Helping others gets you a "ticket" on the Charlton Heights Polar Express!... There are four ways to contribute to this great program benefiting our community! We will be collecting until Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Thanks for your continued support! 1. Make a check made payable to Charlton Heights Elementary School or cash donation by placing money in an envelope and having your child hand it in to their homeroom teacher who will then send it to the office. 2. Make a donation via mail. Mail donations can be sent to: Charlton Heights Elementary School Attn: Andrew Haluska 170 Stage Road Ballston Lake, NY 12019 3. AtoZConnect.com (where you make payments to Charlton Heights PTA). Simply log in, and choose Donations in the store. You can select any amount. 4. PayPal via paypal.me/CHESPTA and put Adopt-A-Family in the notes field so we know where to send it.
