What I like most about this workout is her ability to step out of her comfort zone and push hard. I like that she’s not shying away from struggling. form wasn’t great b/c she's fatigued from everything else, but she didn’t give up and that is what matters most. With every struggle in your workout there’s growth. People shy away from physical growth too much. Don’t, keep pushing and get out of your comfort zone, that is where the real fun begins.
