In the past, we have seen many of our students get upset when a dish doesn’t turn out completely perfect or the way that they expected, and for this reason, we have revised our motto. Our new motto simply states that trying to be perfect is a setup for failure, and that the only way we can improve and grow is to learn from our mistakes. So mess up! It’s okay! No need to worry!
