Community Helping Hands will be closed for the holidays from December 23rd thru January 6th. Our volunteers have done an amazing job this year and are taking some time to relax and enjoy the Christmas holiday. If you have any emergency needs the next few weeks please e-mail our office at [email protected]. Or call 211 and they will assist you. If you see any volunteers or staff that you know make sure to wish them a Merry Christmas! We hope all of our family and friends stay safe the next few weeks. Merry Christmas and God Bless

It’s getting late, but we’re not done yet! Today this panda sweatshirt made an unexpected debut on a mannequin in our video interview with the Mayor. This unintentional error really brought our slogan Gateway Perfect to life and brought all of our staff + volunteers great laughter. So, we subsequently staged it’s (and a stuffed panda) appearance in several of our videos. It feels fitting that one of our closing activities tonight, then, should be to pass this special swea...tshirt on to another owner so that they too can share in the #pandapower and special #GivingTuesday memorabilia from Community Helping Hands. So, in the spirit of generosity, we will be auctioning off this one-of-a-kind sweatshirt beginning now until 10:30 pm. Comment below with your bid or private message us!
