PRESS RELEASE On December 3rd police arrested 22-year-old Sean Gillespie of Bovina for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree and Escape in the 3rd Degree. Gillespie was arraigned on these charges, as well as additional charges filed by Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies, at the Andes Town Court. PRESS RELEASE On November 18th police arrested 21-year-old Anthony J. Simeone of NYC for Criminal Possession of a Forges Instrument in the 2nd Degree and Conspiracy in the 4th Degree. Simeone was released on his own recognizance from arraignment at the Hamden Town Court. Simeone was also served a criminal summons directing to appear in Delhi Town Court to answer complaints of Stalking in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree and Conspiracy in the 6th Degree....
