Some science: If you are in a full-blown panic attack, try to slow your breathing and inhale/exhale deeply. It will take your body 5 to 7 minutes to come out of it. Don’t panic more and think you are doing something wrong. It is your body‘s way of protecting you and it thinks that you are in a fight or flight situation and need time to get to safety. Keep breathing.
