Black belt Riane Richard is currently conducting an epidemiological study on chronic stress and the development of Alzheimer's disease and dementia. For this study, she is doing a survey meant for family members of Alzheimer's/dementia patients. The survey is completely anonymous, so if you could either answer the survey if you have any family members suffering from the disease or send it to anyone you do know that would be extremely appreciated.
