As many dentists are opening back up and make dental care more accessible, we are going back to adhere our original appointment policy that a dentist referral is required for a consultation appointment. As a specialist, what we do is very limited to surgical aspect of dentistry and by seeing your general dentist first, you will have much better information and more comprehensive treatment planning with your teeth.

As we go through this unprecedented pandemic, we hope and pray that everyone is safe and sound. We are excited to re-open in June and we are restructuring with guidelines from CDC, OSHA, ADA and AAOMS to ensure that your safety, as well ours are the top priority. We have implemented many changes to be socially responsible. We telephone screen all patients prior to appointment. Unfortunately we are not taking walk-ins for the moment. Every case will be evaluated by doctor vi...a phone first. Mask must be worn at all time in the office, and we ask everyone to observe social distance, for both staffs and patients, when possible. Hand sanitizer when come in the office. We check everyone’s temperature, including patients, doctors and office staffs. For above 100.4, we will ask for medical evaluation and possible COVID test. Our waiting room is closed and only patient is allowed to come in. We allow 1 caregiver if patient is a minor or requires assistance. However, during the procedure, everyone will have to wait outside. We have installed sneeze guard to protect our receptionists and patients. PPEs: hair covers, face shield/goggles, n95 and level 3 surgical masks, disposable gowns as well as shoe covers to ensure everyone is protected. Medical grade air purifiers throughout the entire office. To adhere with social distance, we strictly cancel & reschedule appointment if 15 minutes late. We also have to space out regular appointments for deep cleaning and will not be able to accommodate as many patients as before. Please be patient with us. Appointment priority will be given to our existing patients with urgent attention whose appointments were cancelled due to the pandemic. No referral is needed unless required by insurance plan. No penalty for last minute cancellation if you don’t feel well. We are in this together and looking forward to see you in an environment that both you and us feel safe and comfortable. Any additional suggestion or recommendation we are only an email or PM away.

In the light of the pandemic COVID-19 and its related public health crisis, we actively consider the recommendation of Center of Disease Control and America Dental Association. As we always do since day one, universal precaution is followed strictly, such as masks, gloves, and sterilized instruments for every patient. We clean with hospital grade germicide between each patient. We will also clean non-operatory areas, such as waiting room and x-ray room on more frequent basi...s. To be socially responsible and to prevent further community spread, we are opening on limited basis until the end of March. We may defer or reschedule elective surgeries on case to case basis. This is to protect patients, staffs, as well as their families. We will check everyone’s temperature upon entering. Anyone with symptom of fever, cough, or shortness of breath we ask to cancel appointment and contact their primary physician or hospital. We will waive penalty or fee associated with last minute cancellation or no show, for any reason. As virus evolve rapidly, we may also make further changes to better serve and protect our community.
