Good Morning ALL!...It's been a while since I have posted, but here is a little tidbit of info...On days like these, damp and dreary, we all tend to want to stay in the bed a lot longer (I try everyday, it never works, lol)...Did you know that some of the best "exercises" are done in bed (hey hey hey, that's not what I'm talking about, lol)...When you wake up, and before you get out of your bed, do some stretching like a cat, raise your legs to your chest a few times, wiggle your toes, shake out your arms, etc. Your body is usually at one of its most relaxed stages when you wake up, the muscles are nice and loose, even your breathing is at its most calm...take a few minutes and take advantage of it.

Good Afternoon ALL!...I haven't had a chance to post something new this week because of such a great turn out from the Health Fair held this past Saturday at the Yonkers Public Library....It was great seeing old and new faces, chit chatting with fellow colleagues as well as informing the public about the benefits of Chiropractic Care.
