In a sales funnel, clients at the very bottom are ready to buy. In my industry, this is where everyone focuses their efforts . In good times there are always clients at the bottom of the funnel. You can advertise, buy leads and do other sales activities to capture that business. But very few focus on the top of the funnel. Big brands do this because they understand that if you create a huge top funnel, then there will be a lot more sales at the bottom. If one can fi...gure out how to capture more attention, the number of people at the top of your funnel increases exponentially. Then you always have business, no matter what is going on in the markets/economy. Consumer behavior is trained and retrained to shop primarily based on , lowest cost WHAT IS YOUR RATE - a question often asked by a consumer who is new to the process. The response is not a number, actual rate or even a range. The response should be WHAT IS THE RIGHT MORTGAGE FOR YOU . The answer/direction to that will always trump the rate question.... I have helped countless homeowners and new buyers determine the right course of action that was in their best financial interest .
