I love the concept of "shen" in Chinese Medicine. It means the spark in someones eye. Their soul that you can see in their face. It is one of the "three treasure" of life and the way that we radiate our spirit to the world, Chinese Medicine practitioners always look at the shen of patients, Is it in harmony or is it disturbed? Is it there at all? One would do well to watch for someones' shen when in a relationship or check out the shen of a politician, a doctor or any person that you come in contact with, Practice with looking at the shen or lack thereof with Michael Douglas, Matthew Mcconaughey, Obama, ,AOC, Cuomo or DiBlasio, etc. This practice can be fun, but really accurate. (I used those examples because they stand out to me)

According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), walking backwards is a good way to relax one's back muscles; it can relieve back pain and can also benefit the kidneys.
