Chuck’s Deer Processing and European Mounts

Busted out some of my Italian venison sausage and canned tomato sauce from the garden and made some meat sauce tonight.

A couple mounts I finished over the last week. Just a reminder tomorrow is the last day I’m taking anything in.

Hello everyone, I’m all booked up until Thursday and just a reminder that Sunday is the last day I’ll be excepting deer.

Hey folks, I’m all filled up, it will be at least Tuesday until I can take any more deer.

Now I’m all booked up for tomorrow Saturday 12/12. I will try to get some spot opened up for Sunday. Anybody that’s already talk to me you’re all set this does not apply to you.

Hey folks sorry for the inconvenience, I know everyone is trying to fill their tags before the season ends but I won’t be able to receive any deer in tomorrow Friday the 11th. My cooler is full again and I need at least a day to catch up. I will reevaluate the situation on Saturday and see how much space I have opened up.

Hey everyone just wanted to give you all a heads up. I know the late season ends on the 22nd this year but, due to the holidays and other family obligations, the latest I’ll be able to except deer this year is going to be the 20th.

This is starting to feel a little like Ground Hogs Day.

You folks have kept me so busy I’ve hardly had time to take any pictures no less post them but here are a few mounts Did over the last couple weeks.

Well you folks have been too good to me. Unfortunately that means I’m gonna have to stop taking deer until at least Wednesday. I’m completely filled up. The couple people that already talk to me about dropping deer off are still good. Your spots are reserved.
