Hair transplant performed over an area that previously had SMP (scalp micropigmentation). I used the back of the head and the neck to harvest grafts. You can see from the last picture how well these areas heal when you use a small punch size (0.85mm). My patient wears his hair very short in the back and no one notices any signs of a transplant.
