CityScape Engineering was retained to provide SOE design, foundation, and structural design for this 5 story structure with cellar and subcellar. This steel-framed building houses over 75,000sqft of educational facilities with 12,500sqft of community space, featuring an impressive multi-purpose room with a 21 ft ceiling. Steel construction was selected to provide open space as well as a flexible architectural layout. Another great collaboration with Studio Gallos Architecture. #CityscapeEngineering
