We are experiencing intermittent phone issues that may impact your ability to contact us. We ask for your patience as we problem solve with our phone provider. If you need simple things such as an appointment, food or prescription request we ask that you email us at [email protected] with your information, what you need and we will contact you as soon as we are able. If it is an emergency feel free to call the hospital @ 585-377-1160 and we will do our best to accomodate you. In addition, if you have downloaded our new pet portal we can can be reached through there.

We have a new way for you to access your pet information! You can view vaccine reminders, request appointments & access health records! If we have your most up to date information, you should have received an email regarding PetPage. - if you did not receive an email, call the office or send an email to [email protected] to update your contact information! You can also reach out to us via our Facebook or Instagram page!

In honor of National Pet Dental Health Awareness month, we are discounting any dental procedures performed during the months of January, February and March 2021 by $75.00. This discount pertains only to the treatment of dental disease, not pre-anesthetic lab work. (An up to date annual physical performed by one of our veterinarians is required.)
