Clausen Farm 27.01.2021

Looking forward to this!

Clausen Farm 15.01.2021

It's Springtime... and although the livin' isn't exactly easy, here at Clausen Farm, all that lives is alive. The robins are busy building their nests, one twig at a time, the daffodils are blooming, all of nature reminding us that Spring has arrived. Just like nature, art is alive, as a force, and an inspiration to keep going. Please join us to celebrate hope, beauty and the reasons to seek the moments of light, one step at a time. We are proud to present our first collaboration with Klinkhart Hall Arts Center, Inc., streamed live for the Arkell Hall in Canajoharie on Monday, featuring an appearance by vocalist and Sharon Springs resident Austin Jetton. May one of the songs he sang, Summertime, be a sign of hope.

So proud of our partners in beermaking, who have just won a medal for one of their dynamic beers. Is H. Clausen & Son Bock Beer next? Congratulations Red Shed Brewery!

After 6 months of lagering, (a special fermentation process used in brewing traditional German style bock beer), our H. Clausen & Son Bock is here! The launch party at the Red Shed Brewery taproom in Cooperstown, NY, was a tremendous success. Served in imported glass steins, its rich caramel amber color on full display, the beer is wonderfully smooth and malty yet crisp and refreshing. We are so proud of our second collaboration with the Red Shed team. What a splendid follow-up to last season’s successful H. Clausen & Son Hefeweizen!
