Alexandra is our Member of the Month! And lately has been enjoying Open Studio sessions! From the very first time I got on the reformer, I knew Pilates was for me. I've been a long distance runner my whole adult life, and we are a stiff bunch. Pilates allowed me to stretch and strengthen parts of my body that were underdeveloped.
