My dad, and our director of Training, Jerry had to be brought to the hospital today for a medical issue. He was in a lot of pain and could barely move, but these amazing EMTs and Paramedics responded to my dads house and showed compassion, patience, dignity, courtesy, professionalism, and respect. They cared about his needs and took their time with everything they did. I’ve been in EMS for 8 years and I have seen my fair share of good EMTs and Medics, as well as downright te...rrible ones, and everything in between... These people are among the best I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, and they worked as a team, with no ego or pride getting in the way of patient care, which is not always the easiest to come by in tough situations. They did an amazing job today with my dad. And they deserve to be recognized for their work. I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for what you did today. See more
