Evolution Yoga

I hope that everyone is in good health and finding peace during the quarantine. Just wanted to send a quick update. To stay in line with community health guidelines regarding social distancing and to help keep everyone safe and healthy, there will be no yoga classes until further notice. In the meantime, class format alternatives are still being explored and I hope to have a resolution very soon! Your patience is greatly appreciated.

In light of recent community health concerns and to align with the yoga and health & wellness communities, there will be no class this week (Saturday 3/21). The situation will be reassesed next week to determine next steps and/or class format alternatives. I hope all are staying safe and peaceful.

I am excited to announce that Evolution Yoga is moving to a new location! As of February 8th, the new location is 191 Intrepid Lane, Syracuse NY 13205. It's a great space and I hope you come check it out!

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, there will be no class on Saturday, July 6, 2019. I hope that you all continue to stay safe and happy. Have a great weekend!
